Very poor service; the doctors and nurses are always chatting and don't provide good patient care! They just spend all their time on their phones. They need to improve this.

I'm giving it one star because I can't give less; honestly, this medical center doesn't deserve any. Look, even if you're very ill, don't go to this center. Everything mentioned in the reviews is TRUE, EVERYTHING. We paid 10,000 pesos for 3 days of hospitalization, and they didn't resolve the situation. The nurses were very kind, but the doctor who treated my patient was incredibly arrogant and had zero emotional intelligence, and she calls herself a Christian. For your own good, avoid visiting this place.

I've never seen a clinic so full of incompetent people. Terrible service.

A terrible experience. They're thieves. They charge doctors' fees outside of insurance without informing you beforehand. They charge 1,000 pesos for admission, 150 pesos for consumable materials (twice, once covered by insurance and you have to pay for it separately), and 1,000 pesos for the room, which they then charge again through insurance. My difference was 896 pesos, and they charged me 6,023 pesos. That's unacceptable. This center needs to be investigated; it's practically double billing. They charged me that much for just one day of hospitalization, unlike other centers like Plaza de la Salud where I was hospitalized for three days and only paid a difference of 2,000 pesos.

The clinic has terrible service, poor hygiene, a building that's falling apart, and the nurses are always in a bad mood and sleep on the waiting room furniture at night, yet they still manage to inflate the bills for medical insurance.
