I want to thank all the emergency room staff for their excellent care. I arrived with a very complicated case of the flu and was attended to immediately. They performed the necessary tests and I practically didn't have to leave the emergency room because the lab staff came down and took the samples. I only left for the x-ray. I have no complaints, only gratitude.

They gave me medication without checking if they accepted my insurance; it was a complete mess, and I'd already been there for an hour. So I asked the girl how much it would be without insurance. When I went into the emergency room to get a receipt, the girl printed the paper for me to pay without asking me, even though I was the one dealing with this with her. She said she couldn't cancel it because they would charge her. The strangest thing was that when they checked my insurance, it showed I was enrolled, but according to them, I wasn't—an insurance I've used in several places, both public and private.
