The reception staff treat patients badly; the only good person there is the man in the information cubicle. Besides, they don't have a 24-hour emergency room, and they should be more tactful when dealing with sick people. They treat elderly people badly, as if they're being asked for something; that's unacceptable.

It's clean, it's excellent even though it's small, but it works very well and the good thing is that there aren't as many people like that as you'd expect, so you don't have to endure a long wait and receive great service 🥰🥰

Today I went to the emergency room because I felt sick and the emergency room doctor treated me badly, saying that I was bothering her, how is it possible that you are in pain and they don't see you, it is supposed to be called an emergency for a reason, but the doctor questioned me why I didn't call 911 and I told her that I had no one to leave the children with and she answered me that when I die who will take care of them, I think that is not an answer for a patient who is looking for help and in the end she did not see me. She is very rude, she always has that angry face as if she did not like her job, people like that should not work if they do not have a vocation for what they do. And the other assistant was wailing on her phone, I really went so they could give me something for the pain and in the end they did not even do that.

This hospital is awful. They used to give decent care, but now they treat you like you're bothering them, they speak to you rudely. 👎 I mean, who wants to be sick? 🤦‍♀️ Another thing is that they don't see patients after 4:30, no matter how big an emergency it is, because they leave 5 or 30 minutes early. You could be bleeding out and they'll say, "You can go to your nearest hospital, we're not organizing to leave." THIS IS MY NEAREST HOSPITAL, YOU HEARTLESS PEOPLE!!
