Do not go to this Clinic. Take this review very serious. Dr. Hache & Dr.Cordero almost kill my mother. My mom was transfer to USA in a Air Ambulance. Do not go to this clinic. So rude and unprofessional.

A few years ago, I became disillusioned with this clinic for several reasons: Lack of empathy from the emergency room doctors: it seems you have to make a big deal out of them when you go there. When I was pregnant, I went and they sent me for a consultation, only to find out I was hospitalized for a kidney problem that was affecting my baby's heartbeat. Even though I complained to the doctor at the time, she didn't take any action or correct the situation. Although there are good doctors, they don't intervene and ignore the complaints. Another issue is the administrative staff. They also lack empathy and behave as if they're not in a health center. I had several disappointments and then stopped taking my daughter for appointments for the same reason: I noticed that neglect. The other thing is; They need to follow up on the Emergency Administrative Area. This year, my husband went there for a school certification matter, and the Central Electoral Board (JCE) sent him to get the document issued by the clinic because it was for registration. To this day, we don't know if that document is there, because they even charged us to get it done and never called us back. They even made me go there because, according to them, I had to be present. Thank God this school accepted a record from last year, because if it hadn't been for the clinic, the girl wouldn't have been enrolled. So there are things they need to work on with their staff and remind them that they are in a health center. I hope they take these complaints and suggestions into account for the good of the center.
