I'm giving it a 4 because so far I've only been to the orthopedist, and due to a mistake at the door, I managed to speak with the pulmonologist. It's a shame he's so far away, otherwise I would gladly be his patient. I've seen that they are very professional and have that human touch that is so lacking. It's a shame I can't say the same about a general practitioner who also works there. What I witnessed with an elderly woman was unprofessional and lacked compassion. A patient wanted to give him her appointment because we all saw her condition, and he responded rudely: "If it's an emergency, she should go there." That's not the way, sir. You were trained to serve above all else, and if patients come to you, it's often out of ignorance. I'm not a doctor, but I know what it's like to not be able to breathe, and seeing her had me very worried. In fact, I tried to make the relatives see the situation, but since they often only listen to a professional, they stayed there. Thank God they went to the emergency room; later I saw that woman on oxygen. You know, she could have died of respiratory arrest while in a center. What a shame. I'm sorry, but if you feel you can't do it, then leave. that many are eager for a place.
