My experience at this clinic was very negative. Customer service was poor from the very first contact. The receptionist showed little knowledge and was unable to provide adequate guidance on basic procedures. Furthermore, the facilities left much to be desired: the floor was dirty, and there was no sign of even a minimum standard of hygiene. In a healthcare facility, cleanliness and organization are not optional. I would not recommend this place until they seriously improve these aspects.
It's unbelievable that you have to wait four hours for an emergency. The hygiene in the gynecology department is appalling, and the service is dreadful. Even in a public hospital, they don't take that long to see patients. You really need to improve your services.
Excellent variety of specialists, attention from both staff and doctors, nurses from the entrance/admission to the center until leaving, good service and quality.
Terrible customer service and they charge exorbitant prices even with insurance coverage. And those employees aren't supervised at all; there's no oversight to monitor the appalling service they provide.
I went to the emergency room today with my 12-year-old son, and that doctor you see there relaxing with a young man, while my son had a fever of 40 degrees Celsius (104 degrees Fahrenheit), wouldn't see him. I told her to hurry up, and she said it didn't matter, that he wasn't 6 years old, that he was a big boy and could wait. I waited for half an hour, and she acted like nothing was wrong. Every five minutes, I kept telling her she could see him. Then, when she finally went to see the boy, she started asking him questions that were inappropriate for a minor, even though I'm the one who knows my son, and besides, I'm a minor myself. Anyway, she left the boy for another half hour, and I took my son and went to the Metropolitan Hospital. They saw me right away. Later, I ran into the taxi driver who took me with a mother who told me she had just left the Santo Aquino Hospital, and the doctors were out shopping for clothes. She said they were going to let her daughter die, and thanks to the taxi driver, they were able to get her there in time. The first picture shows that she doesn't do her job well. and that she doesn't attend to patients, and the other one was the one who accompanied her to the store.
