Great place and pets treatment

I was with them for a little over nine years, and they always treated my dogs like family. I had C-sections there, had allergy treatments, and much more; they were always attentive and friendly. We would call Dr. Pimentel after hours and on weekends. That place is one of the few I miss in the Dominican Republic.

I don't understand why it says they're open until 1 AM on Saturdays. Yesterday I went because my dog ​​was dying, and it was 11:35 AM and they wouldn't help me, saying they weren't working. My dog ​​died today. If it hadn't said they were open until 1 AM, I would have taken my dog ​​somewhere else and wouldn't have wasted all my bus fare going there. They could have saved her, but I wasted my time and my baby's time taking her there just because of one poorly arranged hour they have.
