No customer service at all, very disorganized. They are quick to collect payment after that, they is not information of what is next, if you will be seen, how long to wait, no communications at all. This is a poor customer service

The parking is absolutely awful, people that are not handicapped park in the handicap spots which are so small and if you need a wheelchair you'll never be able to get out of the car, the weight time for any doctor is horrendous and none of the doctors respect their patients because they're never on time.

One of the best Centro Médicos. So peaceful, great sense of care and empathy.

Very bad administration...waiting more than 4 hours for a discharge....this is ridiculous
