I went to this clinic on the recommendation of a very good friend whom I trust. She had a good experience with Dr. Fuentes, but I had a terrible one. They put a crown on me, which looked very nice, but this tooth needed a root canal, and he refused to do it. I'm afraid it was because he wanted to go away for the weekend. He wanted to leave on Thursday to "play basketball in San Juan," and he told me so himself. What he did was put a poorly done patch on it and then put the crown on. That crown never stopped hurting, and now I'm going to have to travel back to Santo Domingo since I don't live there, but in the United States. I'll have to spend money on a very expensive ticket because I'm in a hurry, not to mention the money I'm going to lose from the days I won't be able to work and the unbearable pain I've been going through for the past week. This man has practically ignored my messages since I started telling him about the tooth bothering me; he's always giving me the runaround. I call him, and he doesn't answer the phone. I had a terrible experience. To save a little money, I switched doctors, and now I deeply regret it. It's worth mentioning that he also lacks professional ethics because, while I was his patient and undergoing treatment, he tried to ask me out, which made me extremely uncomfortable. I don't know if he's single, married, or engaged, but he has a picture of a very beautiful woman in his office, so I imagine he's married, which makes it even worse, much worse. It's a shame that I'm the only one leaving a negative review, but this has been my experience, in which I've suffered physically and left extremely frustrated. On the positive side, the crown work was done very quickly, and it looks quite nice, but what good is it if they have to remove it? What an abuse! What a lack of consideration! What malpractice!
