Le doy una estrella porque son unos irresponsables, hace más de un mes que fui a hacer el retiro de uno lentes y dijeron que me iban a llamar cuando estuviera listo. Supongo que ese proceso no dura tanto, y los llame varias veces y me mandaba a la máquina obligatoriamente tengo que ir yo a buscarlos

Terrible service. I paid 14,000 for a service I never received, and they refuse to refund my money. It took two weeks for FotoGray lenses, and they still didn't deliver them. All they offer are excuses and no solutions. I regret doing business with them. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE!!!

It's a great place where I found what I needed for my eyes, as I was having problems with them. They helped me when I needed it, and the way they served me was fantastic. I'm very grateful because I didn't have much money, and yet they went out of their way to get me the glasses I needed. The frame is a little worn, but the quality isn't.

Excellent service, well-trained staff, and the best eye specialists. The girls are lovely and always strive to make you feel good. I recommend them 100% 💪💪

They treat you well, excellent because they need to sell you the glasses, but in terms of responsibility, it's a total waste of time. I deeply regret buying my glasses there. Total disappointment.
