The care is excellent, especially for childbirth. The nurses are very attentive, and the prices are quite reasonable. However, I didn't like that men aren't allowed to stay with their partners, neither in the room at night nor in the surgical area. Plus, you have to go into the operating room alone 🥲. I hope they consider that men can also care for their loved ones. The air conditioning was fine, but they would turn it off when you tried to turn it on; I don't understand why, and the high temperature lasts too long. Even so, I must say that the orderlies, secretaries, nurses (except for one male nurse), and doctors are incredibly kind and empathetic.

I had a very bad experience. When you go to get your checkout and it's just you there, they start asking for free quotes. I don't recommend getting a scan at this center.

So, if you want to see your child's ultrasound scan while it's being done, you'd better go somewhere else where it's allowed, because at this center (Gynecology and Obstetrics), parents don't have that right. I recommend you don't get an ultrasound with Dr. Ana Lucia Encarnacion de León. Her results are unreliable, she speaks rudely to patients, and she provides negligent service. Another thing: they charge 50 pesos for parking and have a sign that says they are not responsible for any damage to your vehicle. Don't be fooled. If you park there and your vehicle is damaged, and the clinic refuses to pay, you can sue. There are already Supreme Court rulings ordering payment for damages. Seek legal advice if this happens to you. Consumer protection! These kinds of scams and signs should be prohibited!
