Unforgettable stay in Santiago I stayed at this hotel with a direct view of the Monument to the Heroes of the Restoration, and it was simply amazing. The place is spotless, with comfortable and well-kept rooms. Customer service was outstanding—staff were always friendly, attentive, and helpful. Restaurant is amazing. Really good prices and excellent customer services. 100% recommended for anyone looking for comfort, great location, and top-notch service. I’ll definitely be back!

We were a group of 4 adults in a doble bed room. Prior to check in I requested that the AC to be on before I entered the room. It was granted, so the room was ice cold when we got to it. Check in was fast and easy. The front desk person was very friendly. The parking lot guy took our luggage and brought it to the lobby. The hotel is very clean, cute, and everyone seemed happy to work there. The employees were all friendly and polite. The room had a balcony with an amazing city view. The room itself not big but it’s not super small. The bathroom had hot water with good water pressure. The bed it’s the only thing I didn’t like because it was a little too small for two people, we had two full size bed, but I loved the pillows. They were big a very soft. The room has a minibar refrigerator with a lot of stuff from wine, beer, soda, whisky, juice, cookies, nuts, chips, etc. It’s not free but the price was not too high which was a plus because we used a few items that were charged at checkout. Breakfast was included and it was a good food selection. It was delicious in my opinion. In general, I loved the hotel, it close too everything and near the monument, it’s a safe area and has its own parking lot with security. I would go again. By the way, I stayed there just to go Miriam Cruz concert. My overall experience in Santiago was excellent. I would highly recommend Hodelpa.
