The emergency room has become a complete mess. My daughter was sick, and we waited from 2 PM until 6 PM to get her pediatrician, who is excellent and arrived immediately because they were about to send my daughter home with a 40°C fever and a terrible headache. The doctor gave instructions for admission, and I waited until midnight for her to be taken to a room. The billing clerk was incredibly disrespectful. The doctor called her several times, and they lied, saying he had already signed the admission papers, which wasn't true. When I was tired of seeing my daughter so ill, I decided to take her to another hospital. The doctor had to call NASA to get me a room. They didn't even provide pillows for the patient. If you complain to the head nurse or customer service representative, it's like you're bothering them. The nurses go to bed at 3 AM, and if you finish the medication, no one comes until the next shift. This clinic was the last time I visited, and I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. They have no empathy, no emergency room doctors, no staff, and no nurses. A total disaster...
I went to my appointment. The doctor made me wait 5 hours to see me. The parking ticket doesn't say you have to pay by the hour, or where to pay. I only realized it when I got to the gate because it wouldn't open for me to leave with my car. I think they should clearly state this on the ticket itself.
My experience at this facility as a companion is as follows: the emergency room admission process was quick, and Dr. Rafael Núñez V. was very professional (thank you very much). The nurses and orderlies were efficient and fast, and they did their jobs very well. However, the facility needs maintenance. There are few bathrooms in the public area, and they were dirty. In the room that was supposed to be a "suite" (417 in the pediatric area), thankfully, the paint was peeling, the stretchers were deteriorated, the TV didn't work, and on an entire floor, only one area had been cleaned. We were there for almost 24 hours and had to pay 145 pesos to use the phone, where they clearly explained the discharge process. It was written on a sheet of paper on the door of the rooms, stating that billing would call us to pick up the discharge form. So they called the nurse and told her to tell me to call billing from the phone in my room. When I called, they told me the insurance covered everything 100% and that I should go there. When I got there, they told me to pay 145 pesos for using the phone (miserable people who can't think of anything else to say). But I wasn't willing to argue because with the headache I had at that moment, I wasn't going to risk my blood pressure rising and having to be treated in the ER by MISERABLE people... not because of the 145 pesos, but because it was my right not to pay anything with insurance covering 100%. Get serious. And at least stop losing money.
Si tienes una emergencia mejor ve a otro lado Espera infinita mientras todos se la pasan hablando tonterías y mas si vas por la madrugada, prepárate para minimo 3 a 4 horas por mas simple que sea tu caso Un desastre total.
