Terrible customer service: I walked in and no one was there to help me. I asked a seated employee who had headphones on (watching videos) and she said she would help me—and from that same seat!—she was pointing at the tiles. When she finally had the nerve to stand up, she gave me a look of disapproval and every answer was delivered in a raised voice. I complained and she scolded me. I left immediately. That fair-skinned girl has no sense of customer service or friendliness. I feel sorry for the business for having such a customer-scaring employee.

They should remember to lock their vehicles properly, but the store has very good prices.

Good prices, good quality, nice designs. Just two observations: 1. They need someone to guide the customer. They don't know how to advise on whether it's for wall or floor coverings. They also don't offer options for combining different materials; you have to do everything yourself. Improve that service. 2. The store is very unhygienic. The tiles were all extremely dirty; I left the store with my hands covered in black.

Good place to buy your ceramics. The price is good. They should have water or coffee available for customers and a bench to sit on while waiting.
