Worse experience ever. If you come to DR and want to be discriminated this is the place to go. The Venezuelan girl ( the owner) is racist, they don’t even say hi to you. You have to pay upfront then they give you the worse experience you can’t imagine. They put your nails very wide that doesn’t even fits your nails just to charge you extra money. Save your time and money do not COME to this place!

A terrible experience. I took my girlfriend to get her nails done and trusted the place's reputation. The work was awful; the polish was applied incorrectly to some of her nails, they weren't the same size, and one was even angled downwards. It was so bad that the next day the nail started peeling off and even hurt her. Not to mention the horrible wait of about 2-3 hours.

The best nail salon, I've been going there exclusively for a long time. Tuesday, October 10, 2024: THE WORST! I don't know, the women who work there have changed. These days they're like dogs. They scratch you and file your skin too much, not even the nail itself. If you complain, they treat you very rudely.

Excellent service! But the quality of their products is poor (especially the gel eyeliner). Normally, at other places for the same price, the gel eyeliner lasts me up to 3 weeks; here it didn't even last 4 days. That was my experience, but I don't think I would return.

They're supposed to open to the public at 9:00 am. They were constantly on their cell phones while serving customers. The girls were unpunctual, and on top of that, the service was unenthusiastic and unfriendly. I found it disrespectful that the girls whispered among themselves and criticized other customers in front of everyone. I understand they have low and affordable prices, but that doesn't justify providing good service. 😕😕
