I am very dissatisfied with the WhatsApp service. When placing an order, one clearly specifies which ingredients are desired and which are not. However, instead of honestly informing the customer that the product cannot be modified, they simply send the order without respecting the given instructions. What is most concerning is that, when the error occurs, they do not take responsibility or offer a solution. I believe it would be more professional and transparent to indicate from the beginning what each dish includes and whether or not changes are possible, to avoid misunderstandings and inconvenience for the customer. I hope you can improve this aspect of the service, as clear communication and honesty are fundamental for a good experience.

The food is very good (everything I've tried), it has a nice atmosphere although I always order delivery or takeout, the service is excellent, they are very friendly and attentive 10/10. God bless their business every day 🙌
