From the beginning, the salesperson assumed that I would not be approved for a loan because I am a foreigner. He didn’t try to help, didn’t explain options, and didn’t even make an effort to show me cars. I was honestly shocked that a large and well-known dealership would allow an employee to treat potential clients this way. If this is how he treats customers, he definitely should not be working there. If you are a foreigner, I do not recommend coming here. According to him, the business does not like to work with foreigners unless they have a Dominican cédula. Very unprofessional and discriminatory experience.
