Rental went really easy! The people were very nice and thought along with us. We did not have a credit card but we had a debitcard with visa which was not a problem ao that was very convenient. Very good price. And super last minute on the same day we could rent the car. The car was also very good.

Arranged in the morning to rent a car after being told they had availability. After waiting a while for the paperwork we were told we couldn't collect it until 3pm. We returned at 3, but the car didn't arrive until close to 4.30. Cash only. We paid extra to return it to the airport, but since they don't have an office at the airport and we had paid a cash deposit, we thought it more convenient to meet Hancel (the staff member) at their office and drive to the airport with him and save them an uber there to meet us/collect the car. The office which has no parking is on a one way road which was closed at one end, meaning you drive up the wrong way, which isn't too much of an issue but with nowhere to park we were blocking traffic so we were rushed collecting our stuff. Despite filling the car before arriving at the office we were charged roughly 1/4 of a tank for the trip to the airport - on top of the surcharge we had already paid. Unfortunately we were rushed at the airport (the driver was stopped by police for speeding and later bumped a car in front of us, so we were worried about our deposit) and forgot a phone in the centre console. Now, I don't like leaving bad reviews - especially to a small business- nor accusing anyone, however the 2 of us are both certain the phone was left there, where it had been all day. Unfortunately by the time I contacted Hancel he told me I should have asked him earlier and the car had already been cleaned and he had no contact information to pass on for the cleaner or his boss. After finding the phone number for the boss, he told me that the car had not been cleaned yet, no phone was there and Hancel was the only person to have accessed the car. Next time I'll rent from somewhere easier and more reputable where their only review isn't from a staff member.
