Very disappointed with this place. They clearly state that they are not responsible for any damages caused by their own mechanics, which is completely unacceptable. A trustworthy mechanic should stand behind their work. If something goes wrong due to their fault, the customer shouldn’t have to pay for it. I strongly advise others to be cautious and think twice before leaving your car here.

I took my vehicle to this shop because they advertised an advanced technical diagnostic service, and I clearly explained the problems I needed checked: It stalls when turning left with the A/C on. It stalls when reversing with the A/C on. It goes into limp mode when accelerating hard. The battery light flashes. The radio, windows, and dashboard lights have electrical issues. The problem has existed since 2020. Before the appointment, I sent all this information via WhatsApp and expected the diagnostic to focus on those specific symptoms. However, the evaluation I received was mainly a general visual inspection of the suspension, shocks, bushings, leaks, and other basic points that any shop can identify. I didn't receive clear technical information about the electrical issues, the charging system, grounds, modules, turbo, boost pressure, or any live data related to the symptoms that prompted the visit. During the process, I received messages from several different WhatsApp numbers, which caused confusion. I even had to call to confirm if the vehicle was ready for pickup, as no one clearly informed me that I needed to collect it before closing time. I acknowledge that they were friendly and have a good presentation and communication strategy. However, my experience was that the execution fell short of the expectations created by their advertising and reception process. My intention in bringing the vehicle in was to obtain a thorough diagnosis of specific electrical and performance issues. Unfortunately, I left without concrete answers regarding the main problems I reported. I hope they improve their customer communication and that the diagnoses focus more on the specific conditions reported upon receiving the vehicle.

Excellent service from the moment you contact them until the service is completed. Best of all, they even contact you to verify that everything is working correctly; that's a true guarantee that your vehicle is in the best hands. From now on, this will be my preferred workshop.
