Hands down the best chimi I have found in Santiago. Expect a long wait due to the high demand, especially if the girl tells you "20 minutos" 😆 ... Settle for more likely 40 minutes, but the wait is worthy. I have not tried other items on the menu, but they seem to sell fairly often, so one might conclude that they are also delicious. I recommend this place.
