The worst service, specially to pick up the results, is a chaos and you need to go several times, overwhelmed.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Excellent service from beginning to end! I want to express my gratitude and highlight the exceptional human and professional quality of service I received at Cimat - High Technology Imaging Center. My experience was outstanding at every stage. From the moment I arrived, the reception staff was very friendly and efficient, making the initial process quick and seamless. Likewise, the cashier staff was very clear and courteous. But, without a doubt, I want to give a special mention to the CT scan team. The young professionals who assisted me were exceptional. Their treatment was supremely kind, patient, and professional. They explained each step of the procedure to me, which gave me a great deal of confidence and peace of mind. A huge thank you to the young woman and the two young men who were on duty that day! Their attitude makes a tremendous difference to the patient experience. Thank you so much to the entire team. I wholeheartedly recommend them and would return without hesitation for their cutting-edge technology and, above all, for their incredible human warmth.

Excellent service! Upon arrival, we were informed that there was a delay due to an issue with their computer management system; this was very helpful, and although it did delay the process and make it take a little longer than previous visits, everything was great. The doctors and staff are top-notch! Keep improving, and I hope you resolve the issue with your system soon.

The center is well-equipped. There is a parking limit of up to 10 vehicles. The following tests are available: 1. MRI. 2. CT scan (it was damaged). 3. Blood tests. 4. X-ray. The rest can be seen in the images. I give the service 4 out of 5 stars. At the reception desk, there are some young women who provide a 5 out of 5 service. But when I had an X-ray, the technician treated me indifferently, and even the wounds hurt.

Today I had a pleasant surprise at the clinic! Obviously, the number of patients affects the process a bit, however; the staff's treatment and the medical management were superb!
