First, when you need it, everything is fine, but, when you don't need it and want you deposit back, you don't have it, need wait until when?

My experience with this company wasn't the most pleasant. The young woman in the office, Marileidy, kept me busy with all the paperwork they require for the clearance process. Even after explaining that I needed to resolve the issue because I had to travel, she wouldn't give me an answer. This went on for almost three days. I was stressed because I didn't want to miss my flight. While waiting, I found MR. B Storage, where they resolved the issue in a matter of minutes. I rented the storage unit and I'm already in the USA. PS: There are always good people who want to help you.

Excellent service! The administrative staff were incredibly attentive and helpful. The facilities were clean and in good condition. The security guard was always attentive and helpful. And the manager was very friendly. Highly recommended!
