Unprofessional staff. Clients of this real estate agency should be very careful, as the website is easily hacked. With a simple mistake by one of the salespeople, I was able to see all the clients' documents, appointments, salespeople's schedules, and much more. Title deeds, as well as the work of their colleagues. Unfortunately, I wouldn't put my assets in the hands of Nemesis Paulino. He's unprofessional; he doesn't do his job well. He's already lost a client.

I had the misfortune of contacting Citymax to sell my apartment. I was assisted by real estate agent Ms. Nemesis, who initially made me wait. She then sent me the information to fill out an authorization form, which I completed. It turned out that the computer system had been compromised, and I was able to access all the client data myself. When I saw this, I immediately reported the problem. Later, I inquired again if my property was officially listed for sale, and Ms. Nemesis has simply ignored me. This is a lack of courtesy rather than a lack of professionalism. There are professional real estate agencies in Santo Domingo; this one is not.
