Brought my Standard Poodle here for grooming and am very pleased with the experience. First of all, it is a new, bright, clean and beautiful building. There are big grassy outdoor spaces with plenty of shade for dogs to play and hang out. The staff made sure that my dog had a very fun time. She got a long playtime with other dogs in the outdoor area before going for her spa treatment. We were later than expected picking her up due to some days in our schedule, but she did not seem the least bit anxious or upset when we arrived, which told me that she had been very comfortable there. The grooming was very well done and we are very happy with the whole experience.

Excellent! There's a pool and plenty of running space. Several different services. They had this super cute video showing off some of their amazing clients!

The staff is very attentive and professional. The pets have a great time because they play, socialize, and are well cared for at all times. The hotel facilities and play area are well-equipped, clean, and safe. Definitely a place you can trust and leave your pets with peace of mind. 🐾💙

I'm a Peruvian tourist, and we're on a family trip. It's heartbreaking to learn that my family, who love animals very much, invested hours trying to help a little dog living in precarious conditions, only to be turned away. My wife found someone who could take care of the dog. They contacted a veterinary clinic, explored several options, and chose this one because it APPEARED to be well-equipped and because the owner SEEMED to be an animal lover. They got in touch, sent videos of the dog and its condition, and told us they could treat it. By taking the dog there, my family exposed themselves to infection. Apparently, the only thing they care about is money, not the animal. They took the dog in, and we paid them in advance. Then, just as the clinic was closing, we received a message from them saying they WOULD NOT BE TREATING IT... They ruined everything. Leaving aside the operational and economic costs, the breach of contract regarding the treatment of the dog and the time my family invested in the process, seeing that they had a bad experience, a bad impression, and the frustration of the excuses the vet gave and only providing half-hearted care. We took the dog home with the problem. The vet doesn't know what she's doing. BEWARE, don't be fooled by appearances. It's infuriating to hear them make excuses. All we got was a dog with mange, excuses, a 30% refund for a job that didn't work, and a terrible experience.

Vinimos en grupo familiar de viaje a Puntacana, nos hospedamos en el Hotel Bahia Principe Resort. Al salir para unas gestiones, encontramos a un perrito en condiciones bastante deplorables, abandonado, con sarna, delgado. Nosotros somos muy amantes de los animales, es por esa razón que antepusimos el buscar la forma de darle calidad de atención al perrito en lo que estuviera a nuestro alcance. Buscamos a una persona para que se pudiera quedar con el perrito, pero antes de ello encontramos esta veterinaria con buenas referencias en "supuestamente" calidad de servicio. Nos comunicamos con ellos para que nos ayudaran en recibir al perrito, darle baño, medicamentos y todo lo necesario para que mejore su estado hasta el dia siguiente que lo recogería nuestro contacto. Nos hicieron el cobro correspondiente de $160 por todo el trato acordado. A las horas siguientes nos escriben indicando que no se pueden quedar con el perro porque esta muy estresado y por esa razon tampoco le colocaron los medicamentos ni lo bañaron. Se supone que si son especialistas en cuidado de animales deberian estar preparados para todo. Nos dijeron que debiamos llevarnos al perro. No cumplieron con nada de lo que pagamos. Al dia siguiente que llegamos a exigir que devuelvan parte del monto pagado y prácticamente exigir que le coloquen los medicamentos al perro, la señorita que atendía se puso altanera y nos gritaba y exigía que nos lleváramos ya al perro. ¿Creen ustedes que esté bien que un sitio que se especializa en cuidar y velar por los animales trate despectivamente a un perro que realmente necesita de cuidados importantes para tener mejor calidad de vida y pongan excusas absurdas para no atenderlo y prácticamente querer botarlo como cualquier cosa? No deberían operar bajo el rubro que indican, no lo valen.
