I've been calling for several days now, trying to get in touch with the center, because I'm not from Santo Domingo. I haven't had any luck; the phone just rings and they never answer. Now I have to travel all the way there from another province (1 hour and 45 minutes) to get information that could easily be provided over the phone. If the number isn't working, it would be best if they deleted it or updated it. Or added a WhatsApp number. I've heard good things about this center (I haven't been there yet, I haven't tried them), but the customer service through this channel isn't very good.
