The best eyelash salon in Santiago, Dominican Republic! My eyelash extensions lasted over 1.5 months and the lash lift was perfect. The staff are super kind, professional, and they even have English-speaking aestheticians, which is great for foreigners. They offer more than lashes! Facials, makeup, massages, and laser treatments, it’s a great all-in-one beauty spa in Santiago. Highly recommend for anyone searching for lash extensions or a beauty salon in Santiago!

I booked a Massage for Two here and while the booking process was simple and the space itself was quite lovely, the overall experience left a lot to be desired. To start with the positives — the environment was clean, aesthetically pleasing, and the massage room itself was cool and comfortable, thanks to the A/C unit. It also had a convenient connecting bathroom that led to the tea area, which was a thoughtful touch in the layout. However, there were several red flags that made the visit disappointing, especially given how the service was advertised. The pricing on the website is misleading — it appears as though the listed rate is for two people, but after booking, you’re notified that it’s actually the price per person, not for both. This should be made much clearer upfront. The tea room area was very small and uncomfortably hot, with little to no air circulation, which made it difficult to relax during that portion of the experience. I was hoping to have the tension in my neck, back, shoulders, and knees relieved, especially since those areas were included in the intake form. The therapists were aware of these problem areas, but unfortunately, none of them were addressed. The massage was nowhere near deep or therapeutic — it was purely a light oil rub that left me feeling worse, not better. Additionally, there was an excessive amount of oil used, and it was even applied to the head and hair without notice — which was unpleasant and left us feeling greasy rather than relaxed. During the foot exfoliation and tea service, we were given robes that were very small and offered little coverage, making that portion uncomfortable and awkward. Finally, the package was supposed to include a mimosa or sparkling wine. However, when the session ended, the therapists had disappeared and we were never offered our drinks — despite being told they would provide them to go. In short, this may be a nice option for someone seeking a simple spa atmosphere or light relaxation, but it is not suited for those looking for an actual therapeutic or professional massage experience. The studio may do better focusing on other spa services they specialize in, but I would not recommend it for massage.

Love it here and I recommend it to everyone who’s interest in beauty and personal care services, as their booking process is updated and user friendly, which can be very troubling in other places! I’ve done lash extensions, brow lamination, brow epilation with thread and tweezers, lash lift… and plan to book other services. They are very diligent and delicate to touch, my go-to esthetician is Nicole, she’s amazing. Plus they’ve upgrade their location, now it more pleasing and really up-brings the overall experience of visiting Clau Studio. Hope this feedback is helpful, xo!

From the beginning to the end, the service was exceptional. Loved the house drinks, and the friendly staff. The facials with Rosalia are always amazing and the massages were the best end to the experience. Definitely recommend. The best part of my trip to the Dominican Republic.

Went to the spa with my mom and had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding—everyone was so kind and professional. We felt pampered from start to finish. Highly recommend for a relaxing day out!
