They only do shirts and they are rude.

My experience was pleasant. The women who receive the clothes are kind and friendly, the deliveries were punctual, and the prices were more than reasonable. The tailor, Manuel, is a 10/10. He does his job well and goes the extra mile to ensure the customer is satisfied. Overall: Satisfied customer.

I don't know about the laundry service, but the rest of their services are terrible. My wife took five items for alterations. The promised wait time was one week, but the final delivery time was three weeks. In the first week, they said they weren't ready. In the second week, they tried to deliver them incomplete and of low quality (they didn't even do the alterations). In the third week, fed up, we went to pick them up. The work was incomplete again, and the garments were even pinned together. Be aware.

Terrible service. It seems they changed owners. Now they don't meet delivery dates; before, they would call customers to let them know when their order was ready, and their customer service leaves much to be desired.
