On the contrary, it's a VIP service, especially since they make things so much easier by picking up and delivering my clothes. But the most important thing is Omar's customer service; he's always attentive and helpful, particularly with the care he takes with each item I send. Since I started using their services, the difference is noticeable. I'm very happy with them and with Omar.
