Saturday, July 1, 2023. I went to the emergency room. Dr. Eleodora Prensa Guzmán and the nurse were very good; the service was excellent. I liked it. She gave me a prescription and prescribed a medication to inject the next day, July 2, 2023. In the morning, around 7:00 AM, I went back with my medication so you could give it to me. The medication and the pill weren't working. And I had to go back after 8 hours. On the night shift. There were 3 people in the emergency room: two doctors and a nurse. I explained that the medication wasn't working, and they gave me a painkiller. Dr. Rodriguez... The other girl is white with short blonde hair. She was very rude and has no manners. I imagine they know who she is because of the date. The doctor examined me and told her she was in bad shape, and the blonde replied, "What do you want me to do? I'm not an ENT specialist." The girl gave me the referral and said she couldn't do anything more because of the blonde. I told her that if it couldn't be done here, they should have told us on Saturday, and she came back and said she wasn't an ENT specialist, that we had to come here now to be rude. She didn't even come to examine me, and I think I'm paying for her service and I went there like a normal person. This isn't the way to treat someone, and doctors like her are giving this clinic a bad reputation. I hope you take my comment into account.
