This clinic is badly designed and difficult to navigate to find doctors' offices. The waiting areas are claustrophobic. There are many doctors and emergency services but I would be more inclined to go to IMG hospital in Punta Cana or Centro Medico Punta Cana if possible. Be careful with billing as the scammed my family with extra services we did not get.

A terrible and exhausting experience. They also do not inform you of service prices. I came in with severe pain. The staff took my passport to perform a scan and did not want to return it. A man at the reception deliberately misled me about seeing a specialist doctor. At first, they took me deep into the hospital without my passport and left me sitting there. Later, when I complained, this man returned, led me to another room, and left me there. After long discussions, I finally found out that the doctor would only see me in the evening. When I arrived at the scheduled time, I discovered that I was 7th in line (with 30 minutes per patient). I simply left without receiving any help for my severe pain.

High service, friendly and kind personnel, qualified medical assistance, comfortable hospital ward! My husband was brought to the clinic with bleeding in the lungs after swimming in pretty serious condition and got emergent and qualified help first in intensive care and then in ordinary ward. The personnel is not just kind, they are really warm-hearted! Thank you for life saving of my husband and for so warm and attentive attitude to us both!

Its crazy to go overthere, bad service every where you going,the computers sistem don't exist, they work like 50 years ago, and don't go to do blood work, you going to finish with several needles pins, it happens to me😰😰😰

I was there doing some blood work and this people is really improfesional,i resive three shots to get the work done,went to sonogram area and was worse.,they don't have dress for the patient,....
