Waited 2 hours to have my mom seen in the Emergency. Afterwards it took us 4 hours to receive simple bloodwork results and the doctor completely ignored my mom's pains and concerns. The place is hectic, the patient's time is not respected and is not in the most clean conditions. I would NOT recommend this place for any kind of urgent work. Only come here if you are visting a specific doctor that you have been recommended. Otherwise as a center and their emergency department, SUCKS.

They have good doctors, however, everything is super slow. I brought my wife into the ER, and we spent almost 3 hours to end up needing to make an appointment, because the on-call doctor they were trying reach was nowhere to be found.

I had a healt endurance and they didn't give me a good quality service. Made me go two days because the doctor wasn't available. Wait for three hours, and finally the doctor was the worst thing of all! I don't recommend this place

Fast efficient service in an emergency. Same during the 5-day hospitalization. Caring and knowledgeable staff.
