My children were born under the care of Dr. Jose David Burgos. He is an excellent doctor, always available to me, a tremendous professional, and a wonderful human being. I have absolutely no complaints and highly recommend him.

HORRID!!! The most horrible experience I've ever had in a clinic. Dr. José David Burgos Mercado has absolutely no professional ethics. He started arguing with me, and I almost cried simply because I asked him a question about my appointment. He was stressed and takes it out on his patients. He doesn't listen at all, he just does things as if he's rushing through them, and you don't feel like you're being treated by a professional. DO NOT GO! What a terrible experience! And his secretary is even worse—unprofessional, disorganized, and it takes forever to get an appointment. If you're looking for good treatment and service, DO NOT GO TO THIS CLINIC with this doctor!!

This was my first time going to a clinic and not seeing a soul, but after I was seen, I understood why. The worst doctor I've ever met, so unprofessional, he doesn't respect his patients, making them wait forever and then speaking rudely to them, even using foul language. What a terrible experience I had from the moment I arrived at this clinic; I absolutely do not recommend it.
