Good customer service, good care from the medical staff, and good hygiene.
I absolutely do not recommend this clinic to anyone. I went there with an emergency with my 10-month-old baby, and the diagnosis, service, and treatment were terrible. That Dr. Morillo was very negligent. He was hospitalized for three days, and my baby's health deteriorated significantly. I had to take him out because otherwise, he would have died. In Haina, we still don't have a clinic that provides good services, so be very careful with this clinic. Think carefully before admitting a loved one there because all they got out of me was money.
This center needs significant improvement, especially the emergency room staff. I had a terrible experience there. I took my daughter in sick with vomiting, diarrhea, nausea, and dizziness, which she'd had since midnight. She arrived at the clinic at 6:45 a.m. The doctor on duty, a thin Indian woman who seemed to work nights, prescribed some simple medications. I went to her and told her that my daughter was dizzy and still had the same nausea and dizziness, and asked for an IV to hydrate her. She remained completely unmoved. It seemed she was working for the money, not out of vocation. Even though I'm not a doctor, I know that when a patient arrives at the emergency room in this condition, they should be hydrated and have blood and stool tests done. It seemed she was just desperate for her replacement to arrive so she could leave. When the other doctor arrived, I explained the situation, and that's when they finally gave her a small IV, less than 1000 ml, and ordered a stool test. Anyway, they sent my daughter home with very little improvement, and I had to go to another clinic in Santo Domingo. She even had a fever, and they didn't even take her temperature. It's a shame we can't find a good clinic in Haina. Perhaps the doctors in the outpatient clinic aren't bad per se, but that emergency room doctor should be removed. It's a shame I don't have her name, but I'd recognize her if I saw her. This gives your clinic a very bad image, Dr. Peralta. Be careful.
My son was hospitalized with dengue fever and thanks to the doctor at that clinic my son was saved, and the nurse was very good too.
We congratulate our dear friend Dr. Agustín Peralta on the growth and development of the Health Clinic, second stage, which is now in service.
