DRA. Reynoso is honestly one of the most caring and skilled Dermatologa doctor in her field in Santo Domingo. She cares about her patients on a personal level and treats them with the most professional care and respect. She has an impeccable eye for detail and years of experience so her opinion is trustworthy and the results are phenomenal. She will tell you the truth and is very realistic and not misleading, and in my case she was easy to communicate with in English. What I appreciate about DRA Reynoso is that she is very passionate about her patients and what she does. I can see she loves her job! She ask me to come back one week after the work she did, and with the most passion she took very well care about me and finished what she started a week before, to make me look even more perfect to what I wanted. What should be a short re-visit turned into a 45 minutes treatment, without any extra charge. I have never experienced this kind of service in Europe, where I’m from. The atmosphere in here clinic is welcoming, relaxing and pleasant. Here staff and assistants are also, very attentive, caring, professional and on point. The security man parked my car on their secure car park, the receptionist provided me with their Wifi code, and even offered me a coffee. I love this place and DRA Reynoso so much that I would want to come back much more frequently if I was living in the D.R. Highly recommended!

Likewise, the staff in general are characterized by their friendliness and high level of professionalism, and the facilities are in excellent condition, with clean, organized, and suitable spaces for patient care. All of this significantly contributes to a positive and high-quality experience. I congratulate the team for their excellent service, commitment, and dedication.
