Accompanied a family member here while on vacation. They have some great doctors, which is why my family still tries to stay loyal to this clinic but they need to improve their systems. It took over 4.5 hours to get an X-ray, more than 2 of those hours were just waiting for someone to verify the patient’s insurance 😣 and they sent us across the street and back again several times. Mind you, I was accompanying someone on crutches!!!
Great Doctors at this place...
The worst clinic to admit a patient to. Rooms with only the bed's power outlet, faulty air conditioning, and no basic amenities: internet for patients (because there's NO signal in the rooms either)... the emergency room only works well if it's for a quick fix. The staff on the 3rd floor (nursing ward A) are completely unfriendly. 👎🏼👎🏼 We waited 5 hours for a room, and the semi-suite had a strong smell of paint. Only the doctor who treated my mother was good at this clinic.
Terrible service. I arrived with appendicitis pain around 3:45 AM. They ran a bunch of tests and kept me medicated without explaining the cause of the pain or the results of all the tests they'd done until 7 PM. I was waiting for a surgeon to examine me to determine if I needed surgery, but he never arrived. When he finally showed up at 6 PM, he apologized and said, "It's up to you whether you accept them or not." The nurses refused to give me his name. He appeared suddenly when they were getting everything ready to discharge me, and I left without even being examined. He'd said he was supposedly 20 minutes away. I had to leave without knowing what was wrong with me or why. Horrible.
Terrible service, especially the insurance staff. They try to overcharge and cancel insurance authorizations without asking for the client's permission. They also have a horrible attitude and are not empathetic.
