I have never met a unprofessional receptionist in all level. I am standing in the window asking a question, she never acknowledged me. Keep in mind i am first in line. Just ask a question about the pulmonologist. Then a lady out of no where and some man jumped ahead of me. Worst mistake. I let her have it. I told her she was rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend that hospital not even to my dog. The reception apologized ,but did Not at any time rectify the situation. You don’t know who is who. Be mindful how you treat people.

Since they bought the adjacent lot where the parking area is located, if you're driving to the emergency room to drop off a patient, you have to drive out onto Las Palmas Avenue to park and then access the entrance. My suggestion is that they build a ramp near the clinic sign (those signs aren't necessary anymore; the netting is sufficient) to provide access to the parking lot. While it hasn't affected me, I generally think of others. Regards.

So many people are unemployed, and this girl doesn't appreciate the job she has. When you ask her something, she leaves everyone hanging, as if people have to see her feel bad, leaving the area empty, or as if someone is asking her for something.

The emergency room is worse than a hospital; you go there and they take forever to see a patient, and they never answer the phone.
