They will charge you 500 pesos to use the tv in assigned rooms, which should be something completely and logically free. Most of the medical equipment (beds, chairs, etc.) have been re-painted to extend its life-usage, nevertheless looks old. Some of the walls inside hospital halls have mold. This clinic didn't use to be like this 20 years ago.

I can't say from the perspective of going to the emergency room, but for a consultation, yes. The clinic is quite large. But they urgently need to update the facilities. Since the waiting room is so big, I think a lot of space is wasted, and I really understand that they could add more consultation rooms. I think it's possible as long as they use lightweight materials. At least today when I came, there was air conditioning because there have been days when I go, and since they don't have the air conditioning on, it's incredibly hot and steamy, and it becomes very uncomfortable. The ATM was broken. I hope that's not a common problem here, but in my opinion, they could even have more ATMs because the only one they have is from Banco Popular. One of the worst clinics. I wouldn't recommend it to anyone. Most of the doctors act indifferently and coldly toward patients. Dr. Jose Raul Marmolejo Vásquez (ENT specialist for children and adults) is a pro at making people wait for his appointments. Even the receptionist can't tell patients what time he'll arrive, even though he's supposed to be there from 7:00 a.m. And to top it all off, the consultation alone costs 5,000 pesos. It's a complete lack of respect for the patient. If you go to see him at 7:00 a.m., expect to leave around 2:00 p.m.
