Seems a bit unorganized. I would suggest a microphone or another method to call out patients. You see a couple of women coming and going from room to waiting room calling patients for their turn. Too much work when you can automate this task. Everything else went well.
Great place and Drs
Very good reputation place.
Very good services
I must express my profound disappointment with my experience at this facility. I made an appointment three days in advance for a test. During the call, they asked if I had health insurance, which I confirmed. They then asked what type of insurance I had and finally informed me that the appointment was scheduled for Saturday, February 28, 2026. Upon arriving at the center, I was greeted and again asked for my ID and proof of insurance. After being told to take a seat, just two minutes later I received a call from reception informing me that I needed to obtain pre-authorization from my insurance company to have the test done. I explained that when I scheduled the appointment, no one had informed me about this requirement. The response I received was that it was a “mistake,” arguing that the people who confirm appointments are not the same ones who provide information to patients. Following this, I was advised to pay for the test as a private patient for RD$4,000. Faced with this situation, I chose to remain calm and simply stated that they should provide clear and complete information from the outset to prevent patients from wasting time unnecessarily. Unfortunately, the attitude displayed left me with the impression that this type of situation might not be isolated, which is worrying for those of us who rely on receiving transparent and professional service.
