Soto González Clinic, I have no complaints about that place, all its staff and Dr. González, a true gentleman. I haven't changed insurance providers just because of that clinic; personally, I love it. It has its limitations, yes, but it has the best desire to help and a true vocation for service.

Terrible service, inhumane doctors with no respect or ethics. I went in with a medical emergency and they wouldn't attend to me. There was a guy at reception in Bermuda shorts and not a single nurse. After a half-hour wait, just as I was about to leave, the supposed doctor came out and said, "What's the rush?"

From the moment you enter that pseudo-clinic, everyone looks at you like you're there to beg, even though you're paying for your room 🙄

Good service and good doctors

Terrible. I went to the emergency room and told the doctor I felt unwell. I had a stroke two months ago and wasn't feeling well, and she just said, "Sit there." I saw patients coming in and out and decided to leave.
