I recently had to make a payment at this hospital, and the process was great. They provided a secure payment link through AZUL, and everything was very easy. For anyone planning to pay, I recommend doing so in Dominican pesos, as it turned out to be cheaper for me than other currencies. Additionally, the staff was really kind, attentive, and very helpful. The hospital should be proud to know their team is doing an outstanding job. Thank you for the smooth experience and exceptional service!

The doctors, nurses and staff are professionals but I must exclude the people working in the insurance department. I was finish with everything except waiting to pay since 10 am. The people working in insurance are unprofessionals. It shouldn't take 5 hours to 6 hours to pay for the service. These people need to be trained and have their personal phone remove from their work area. REDICULOUS!!

Wish I could give it 0 stars. This is the absolute worst clinic. Their customer service is non existent. They act like it’s a free public hospital. My dad was here for over a month and you couldn’t get a straight answer as to his diagnosis. And when you did ask the doctors any questions, they were annoyed and would give you the bare minimal information or leave you hanging with your questions. They are so disorganized that one doctor had no idea what the other doctor was doing or had tested for. Do not come here. Avoid at all costs.

Doctors here develop a good relationship with patients, they listen to their needs and recommend treatment according to the situation at hand and the patient's wishes. I had a small surgery with Dr. Sergio Guzman (Sergito) who has accommodated all my concerns in a clear and very professional way. My surgery was a bit more difficult than previously expected, but Dr. Guzman took care of business like the experienced professional he is. I'm very happy to have trusted him.
