The nursing room services were terrible. The place is in bad shape, the beds are uncomfortable and rusty, and the nurses are reluctant to go to the rooms at night. It's like a desert; there's hardly any staff. You have to keep snooping around in a tiny room where they sleep poorly. They're rude and uneducated, like they're from a slum. I don't recommend this center because the doctors think you're begging when you go in for an emergency. They discharged me with a newborn baby, and it was awful leaving there. Nobody wanted to help my wife; they said they were busy, others had back pain or were suffering from something—excuses. It was the worst experience I've ever had, from the emergency room to the entire process—uncomfortable, burdensome, and a negative atmosphere. I don't recommend this place. If it weren't for God and our prayers, our faith in Him, who knows where we'd be. Gentlemen, take care, but if this clinic continues like this, sooner or later it will fall apart. Those women aren't doing their jobs properly.
The service is incredibly fast, but when someone is admitted, the rooms are a bit small and sometimes damp. The food is average, although the dinner hours are a bit odd.
Lack of hygiene, the emergency, the walls covered in blood... The room, the beds are not suitable for us and the service to the users is terrible.
The service was truly terrible, the worst. The doctor, if you can even call her that, Gabriela Altagracia García Ramos, is a prime example of someone who practices medicine without vocation. Madam "Doctor," when you're working, you don't sleep. I understand that the shifts are long and that if there's nothing to do, you can rest, but don't think that if I'm going to see my daughter, it's not to disturb your sleep. The elevators were out of order, and I had to go up and down to the 5th floor twice. Give her a raise so she'll just go home to sleep.
They don't answer the calls. I've been calling every day for two weeks and they don't pick up the phone.
