I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE They examined my dog and told me she needed surgery the next day. Just as I was leaving, they told me she died during the operation. They started the surgery without even notifying me, and when they called to inform me of her death, they demanded 2,000 pesos just for calling so they could throw her away. It broke my heart. Neighbors told me this is normal, that it's not the first time it's happened. Five minutes later, when I called back, they told me the dog was already with the garbage collectors and they wouldn't be able to give her back. I still don't understand why they told me she was operable when it was CLEARLY impossible, instead of offering to put her to sleep with dignity. But what's even more outrageous is that they disposed of my pet's body in less than 10 minutes and then demanded 5,000 pesos for the surgery without even calling to tell me she needed emergency surgery. They dumped the body; I don't even have a picture of the dead dog. They only sent me a picture of her intestines, and you can't even tell if they're hers. IF YOU LOVE YOUR DOG, DON'T YOU DARE TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE FOR SURGERY. It's just another business trying to make money at any cost.
The veterinary clinic my family has always trusted with our pets. They treat them with love and have a magical touch that can soothe even the most unruly animal. They're constantly expanding their services, and we love that they offer house calls.
Excellent experience! I had my dog's surgery with them, and the team was attentive and provided me with all the necessary information, which gave me great peace of mind.
The greatest pain they could have caused me. They killed my dog. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone. If you love your dog, don't take them there. I trusted them, and they returned her to me dead.
I felt satisfied, my dog came out happy 😁🙌🥰🐶 smelling clean, I cut her nails, they cleaned her loose hairs and gave her a nice bath with a cologne scent
