Horrible. They admitted my puppy with parvovirus and let him die. On top of that, they were charging us a huge amount of money. The customer service is awful. The doctor is terrible; he doesn't know what he's doing. He also gave my other dog a false diagnosis, saying he needed urgent surgery, but when I took him to another vet for more in-depth tests, he didn't have any of the conditions he diagnosed.
