If you've never experienced painful childbirth and want to know what it feels like, buy from this place. We bought a headboard and had to wait about a month and a half for delivery. We were the ones contacting them for information, and every day it was a new story. The initial offer was delivery in a week and a half, but it took almost a month and a half. Every time we wrote to them, it was always yesterday, tomorrow, and so on—always a different story. When they finally decided to tell the truth, it turned out that almost a month later, it wasn't even finished, that it was in Santo Domingo, and that we had to wait for someone to decide to bring it. When we got really annoyed because they still hadn't confirmed a delivery date, we asked for a refund of the initial deposit. Out of nowhere, they said they didn't give refunds, something we were never told before making the initial deposit. They gave us this and that, saying they could give us 70% back, redeemable at their store. As if I were interested in spending 70% of the deposit a month and a week after making the deposit! When they finally delivered it a month and a half after the initial deposit, the thing arrived a different color and with finishing defects. To top it all off, the customer service was terrible, not just bad, but downright awful. My sincerest advice: DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE PEOPLE.

They weren't even ABLE to verify if the merchandise their supplier had sent them was the same as what the customer had ordered. I was left waiting for a response from their supervisor, according to the secretary.
