The technical service is professional and fulfills the requested solution, but their time commitment is beyond description. I used their services three times because they offered home delivery, but the time commitment doesn't make up for it. The last two times I requested them, the same thing happened: I spent almost two weeks waiting for the technician, and each time I called, they told me they would call me back to confirm, but nothing happened. I ended up using another company for their technology solutions. I don't recommend them.
