Super happy with everything, by far our best place we stayed in the DR. And very reasonably priced. Super friendly host!

Great holiday rental!! Only 6 units so it's cozy and quiet. Both Polo and Nila are super friendly! Steps to the beach and great little pool too. Would come here again!

This place is ok if you require a kitchenette, but no other services are provided. It is really close to great beach, but quite far from the "city" - 30 minutes walk. Pool is ok, there could only be more sunbeds available. Sufficient parking. The beds are quite ok, but we only used the upper level bed. The bathrooms need some maintenance. Our refrigerator was half broken (shelves), but we managed somehow. Our microwave was brand new. It could be better maintained and the staff only speaks spanish, some french. Cleaning freuqency every 3 days surprised us, as we didn't expect any. If managers are reading this - please get some new towels, because getting towels torn, with 5cm holes in them is really low service.

The wifi does not work here. I had to load a speed test on my phone’s data to even test it. The password posted on the apartment isn’t correct, but now that we have the right password it either doesn’t work or is running at less than 5mbps. We did not have contact information for anyone to come help so it made for many trips to the front. The stairs to get upstairs are extremely steep and hard to go up and down. The gates are a necessity for the DR, but having sliding doors that do not close makes the gates less effective. The air and fans work great. We had great lighten for pictures inside. Everything seemed pretty clean, but not overly impressive. I read a review about the towels, but all of ours were new and fresh. The poop was clean and refreshing, just a bunch of ants around the parameter. The bed is comfortable, but only 2 estrénale soft pillows for a king size bed is crazy. The kitchen had salt, pepper, matches, coffee filters, and dishes, and nothing else. Really only usable to make snacks and a quick breakfast. This would make an ok budget hotel if you plan on coming just for the beach. I find that’s it’s too far from the city when there are so many more options closer to colmados, restaurants, and shops. Overall, 3 stars seems generous since we can’t use our electronics and can’t walk anywhere to get wifi. I would not recommend staying here.

Literally eaten by mosquitoes for the property won't do anything about it. Itchy synthetic highly allergic sheets in 2 of the 3 bedrooms. Security doesn't seem very secure. A nice spot, however, comfortable and cozy. Well equipped. Some important maintenance needed, though. Staff ok, but the cleaning lady was super: Bravo Sonia !.
