They charge exorbitant prices compared to other hardware stores, and to top it off, they don't even have branches for bank transfers, unlike Banco de Reservas, the country's main bank. I absolutely do not recommend them.

They don't accept cards for building materials: such a long trip for nothing

Excellent service, and with construction materials so expensive right now... a great place to buy. I just wish they'd fix the water runoff on the sidewalk, as it doesn't do much for the store's appearance. Otherwise, 10/10. 👍🏽
