The doctors are excellent, but the secretary is very rude and uses foul language; patients go elsewhere because of her. Otherwise, everything is fine.

Terrible customer service from the secretary. Stop going there alone. I think her name is Lidia. We have to laugh at all her tasteless jokes, put up with her rudeness, and do whatever she wants. Out of all the doctors' services, she's the best!
