The cardiologist who works afternoons saw someone ahead of my 94-year-old grandfather, and when I complained, she said she wouldn't see him because she was looking out for him. I think they need to improve their staff; things have gone downhill. Remember that being professional isn't just about having good manners and politeness. (January 3, 2024)

They need to provide customer service to their staff, and also inform patients when a doctor is absent, because it wastes time. Personally, I won't be returning to the center, as the service wasn't the best.
