They need to improve their customer service. It takes far too long to process transfers, negatively impacting customer records due to a lack of responsibility from the service and operations staff. 👎🏻👎🏻

I'm giving it one star because I can't give it less. In all the time I've been using different companies, I've never encountered one with such terrible service. I've spent four days trying to contact them, and the few people I've managed to speak to have just wasted my time. They give me WhatsApp numbers and email addresses that they never answer, especially at the Las Colinas branch. I think I'll spend more on phone calls than I would have if I'd paid for a flight and gone in person. The worst part is that most Dominican companies are exactly the same.
